How do I prepare my company?
You'll negotiate the investment terms. You'll need to know the company valuation, share price, and capital needs. You'll determine the type of investment you want: debt or equity.
You'll also need a legal company and basic founding documents. These include an operating agreement, shareholder agreement, confidentiality agreement, intellectual property assignment, and stock issuance. You'll need these to secure an investment.
How do I get started?
We start with a complimentary phone consultation to talk about what you need. When our call is over, you'll receive an online proposal that you can review + accept. When you're ready to get started, you'll receive a short questionnaire to start the process.
How much does it cost?
The Startup Package
This includes incorporation and the basic founding documents. We'll create an operating agreement, shareholder agreement, confidentiality agreement, intellectual property assignment, and stock issuance.
This package starts at $2,500.
We have a no-interest, no-fee payment plan to help with the cost.
Investment Agreement Review
We'll review the agreement and negotiate the best deal.
Term Sheets start at $500.
Debt Agreements start at $2,500.
Equity Agreements start at $5,000.
We can hold the review payment until you receive investment.
